DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days to the address indicated at the time of purchase, provided stock is available and there are no issues. Pre-ordered units will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the product description.
The shipment can be sent to the address indicated or picked up at one of our logistics provider's Collection Centers. If there is any relevant information or limitation regarding the delivery location, we recommend that you indicate it in the additional information box provided when attaching the shipping information.

INCIDENTS
If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the shipping agency will make two attempts, and if they fail, the order will be returned to the originating office after 10 days, after which it will be transferred to a Parcelshop or office closest to the shipping address. Therefore, you must contact the shipping agency to collect the order at the corresponding office or arrange a new delivery. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service at hola@macabeca.com.
If the product arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You will be asked to attach photographs to the email address hola@macabeca.com.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The bags are handcrafted and responsibly made one by one, so if we experience a stock shortage when placing an order, we will contact you immediately within 24 hours to explain the situation and offer a solution.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return your order within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Once we have received the product, we will refund or exchange the order, depending on the request. The refund will be issued to the card used to place the order (it may take up to 15 business days), less the return shipping costs, which will be the customer's responsibility.
In the event that the product has a defect that is the company's responsibility, a full refund will be issued, and the company will cover the return shipping costs.
